Juniper is a text-message assistant. Subscribers who opt in text Juniper questions and receive replies, plus reminders and notices they asked for. Juniper is not a marketing service and sends no promotional messages.
When you opt in we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time of your opt-in (your JOIN or START message and your Y message), and the text messages you send to Juniper and the replies it sends you. We do not collect payment details, location data or information from any other source.
We use this information only to run the Juniper messaging program: to answer the messages you send, to send you the reminders and notices you asked for, to honor STOP and HELP requests, and to keep a record that you consented. We do not use it for advertising or marketing of any kind.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number stays on the subscriber list until you text STOP, after which no further messages are sent. You can ask us to delete the messages we hold by emailing the address below.
Messages and numbers are stored on systems we control, reachable only by the people who run the program.
